How do I book online?

No. At Yourcar unlimited kilometers mean that you can drive as much as you want without being charged extra.

Is fuel included in the rental fee?

Do you charge airport surcharges?

What documents do I need to rent a Yourcar vehicle?

To rent a vehicle, you need to be in possession of a valid driver’s license, passport or identity document.

I am under the age of 23. Can I rent a vehicle from Yourcar?

Yourcar only rents vehicles to people over the age of 23.

To which neighboring countries am I allowed to drive my rental vehicle?

Renters can freely drive their budget car hire Cape Town vehicles around South Africa, and also Namibia.

Do you charge a no-show fee?

Unlike most other car rental companies, we do not charge a no-show fee.

Do you offer free mobile phone hire/use?

Yes, Yourcar clients all receive free usage of a mobile phone

Do I need a credit card to book?

Yes. All booking transactions are done with credit cards. Credit cards must be valid, and the signature on the back of the card must correspond with the renter’s signature on the booking form.

Can anyone else drive the vehicle I have hired?

Yes, you can register additional drivers for only R10.00 per driver.

Do you offer child safety seats?

Child safety seats are available at a once-off fee of R150.00 for the duration of your vehicle rental.
